Sanjeev Rathi is a Corporate Lawyer and a Practicing Company Secretary at Conquest Legal Partners. He is a merit-holder company secretary (CS) at all three levels of the program and an alumnus of the Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. His practice areas involve Startup Consultancy, Corporate Advisory, Secretarial Compliances, Intellectual Property, and drafting and vetting Contracts.

He has incorporated various entities and provided advisory services to numerous corporates, guiding them from formation to funding. Sanjeev serves a diverse clientele, managing their compliance and governance requirements. He is actively engaged with established companies and startups in matters related to trademarks, copyrights, and designs.

Sanjeev has contributed to shaping legal opinions on various research propositions in the field of Corporate and allied laws.
