Mini Gautam has accomplished her Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from the esteemed ILS Law College in Pune, and further attained her Master’s degree in Laws (LL.M.) specializing in International Financial Law from the renowned King’s College in London.

Mini Gautam holds 12 years of experience in the field of M&A, General Corporate, fund raising, Data Privacy Fintech/ Financial Services, and Commercial transactions.

She has been given an honorary position as Vice President Legal at the Indian Chamber of Commerce in the Slovak Republic. She has also been appointed as the legal and compliance partner of several forums, chambers, and incubators, including MSME Business Forum India, AIC Raise Startup Incubation Center – Coimbatore, KIIT Technology Business Incubator, and Utkal University Incubation Center. Additionally, she serves as the external member on the Internal Committee for Prevention of Sexual Harassment at various companies.

She has advised and worked with some of the top companies in India, such as National Stock Exchange, L&T Financial Services, The Srei Group, Magma Fincorp Limited, and ITC Limited. She has also provided legal advice to many startups and companies in the MSME sector, along with bigger business conglomerates on regulatory, statutory, and compliance issues.

She has worked as a legal advisor for the pharmaceutical, wellness and healthcare, education, renewable energy, infrastructure, information technology, mining, private equity, real estate, and financial services sectors.
